Chain and Product Sizes?

*Please note complete sizing details are in the detailed description of the listing.

CHAINS:
-Standard necklace chain lengths start at either 16 or 17 inch and 14 inch(kids).
-Chains have a complimentary 2 or 3 inch extender already attached.
-Chains 18 inch+ are available for an additional charge through our upgrades

JEWELRY PIECES:
-All jewelry pieces have the dimensions noted in the actual listing description as well as images referencing sizes. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THEM PRIOR TO ORDERING

 

Care and Cleaning Instructions?

To extend the longevity of your piece(s) Please...

CARE:
- Remove when going to sleep, any contact with water, working out, beach, etc.
- Avoid contact with perfumes, body oils, lotions, other chemicals and household cleaners.
- Store your jewelry in a cool dry place.
*Avoid spraying perfume or applying lotion while wearing. Remove your jewelry first, apply lotion/perfume, then put your jewelry back on after it has absorbed into your skin.


Cleaning/Care Tips:

-Use microfiber, or other soft nonabrasive clothes to clean your pieces. Wiping your pieces after wearing will help preserve.

*Plated jewelry will tarnish, but how quickly depends on the environment, how it is cared for, and especially the sweat and any chemicals on your skin.

When will my order ship?

Under normal circumstances with NO shipping delays:

-Orders placed before 3:00 pm PST will be sent out the next business day (listings having a Next Day banner) with the EXCEPTION of Sundays & National/Federal Holidays.
-Listings without the 'next day' banner may take an additional 1-2 days to process.

Business days is referring to the weekdays (Monday to Friday) They DO NOT include weekends (Saturday, Sunday) or holidays.
Therefore, PLEASE do not count Saturdays, Sundays, or any National/Federal Holidays when calculating your shipping time.

 

Shipping delays?

We'll do our best to meet shipping delivery estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose, processing time and any USPS transit delays.

**The USPS experiences delays during high peak mailing seasons, your package may be delayed during the months of February (Valentines Day), April (Easter), May (Mother's Day), June (Fathers Day) and December (Christmas).

**Ordering early is encouraged**

Order Delays?

Why is my order delayed?

-Jewelry details/description was not read or followed.
-Personalization not noted or is unclear.
-Not responding to sellers messages.
-Shipping address incomplete, wrong or not usps verified


Prevent delays by:

-Reading the details/description of the listing.
-Make sure personalization is within guidelines/limits
-Leave clear complete details of your engraving in either the personalization box or note to seller.
-Check your email 1-2 days after placing order
-Verify you shipping address is correct

Lost/Missing Packages?

-We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once declared "DELIVERED" by the postal carrier at the address provided by the customer. Please contact your local post office immediately. If after 3 days no package has arrived still, please contact us and we would be happy to send a replacement for the cost of shipping.

-If your package is lost IN-TRANSIT, please give a few more days after the noted delivery date in case of postal delays. Please contact us after and we will try our best to resolve the issue.

*RETURN TO SENDER- Buyers are responsible for the re-ship charge, unless our fault.

We are so sorry if you are experiencing this. Please be considerate that we may not be responsible and that we are happy to help any way we can.

 

Returns or Refunds?

PLEASE contact us immediately with any issues or concerns. Items returned must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery at customers expense.

Conditions of Returns:

-Personalized/Engraved jewelry that has not been worn may be returned within 7 days of delivery ONLY if we are at fault.
-Non Personalized/Engraved jewelry that has not been worn may be returned within 7 days of delivery at buyers expense.
-Shipping costs will not be refunded in any instance.
-If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss

Tarnishing?

-Plated Jewelry, aka Costume Jewelry is known for its affordability and beautiful appearance. Although our jewelry is made with quality items, taking the best possible care of your pieces will keep them lasting longer.

-Plated jewelry will tarnish, but how quickly depends on the environment, how it is cared for, and especially the sweat and any chemicals on your skin.

-Tarnishing is out of our control, but we strive to keep our customers happy so we offer the following:
-45 day replacement only policy with photo proof.
-up to 90 day replacement only with photo proof for cost
of shipping only.
-Discounted Re-works offered up to 6 months and no later
with photo proof.

 

Required Insurance on International Orders

We now REQUIRE insurance on all International orders, but not tracking. If you would like tracking, please contact us for a shipping quote because it will need to be shipped USPS International Priority mail.


Orders are shipped via USPS First Class International, which can take an estimated 3-8 weeks to arrive. BUT it can take up to 8 weeks or more due to "Customs", neither you, nor I can control this! Please allow plenty of time for your order's shipment.

If you do not claim your order from customs, please do not tell us it's been lost. It will most likely return to us in 2-4 months.
