Policy, Returns, Refunds

We want you to be happy with your item(s), so PLEASE contact us immediately with any issues or concerns. Items returned must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery at customer's expense.

***Due to personalization, we do not accept returns unless the fault is on our end. This includes if the customer fails to read our policies, FAQs and complete listing details of the jewelry pieces***

Any changes with personalization and cancellations must be made within 1 hour of placing the order.

Conditions of Returns: -Personalized/Engraved jewelry that has not been worn may be returned within 7 days of delivery ONLY if we are at fault. -Non Personalized/Engraved jewelry that has not been worn may be returned within 7 days of delivery at buyers expense. -Shipping costs will not be refunded in any instance. -If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

RETURN TO SENDER- Buyers are responsible for the re-ship charge if any orders are returned to our shop, no matter the reason given by the delivery service. Unless, the issue came from us inputting an address other than the one provided on the order.
