-Non Personalized/Engraved jewelry that has not been worn may be returned within 7 days of delivery at buyers expense.
-Shipping costs will not be refunded in any instance.
-If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

*RETURN TO SENDER- Buyers are responsible for the re-ship charge if any orders are returned to our shop, no matter the reason given by the delivery service. Unless the issue came from us inputting an address other than the one provided on the order.
